Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
In any case, we would like to express our heartfelt thanks to you!" Order products from earway.com. We want you to be happy with the Earway products you receive, but if you are not completely satisfied, please return them within 30 days of shipment for a refund or exchange. We do not charge any return fees except for shipping.
The following items are not eligible for Earway's refund policy:
a) Promotional items;
b) Gifts and giveaways;
c) Any item purchased directly from a dealer or reseller other than earway .com.
Warranty
We offer a manufacturer's warranty for 12 months after delivery for any faults or defects arising from normal use.Replacement warranties will not be renewed.
Returns and Exchanges
If the product is out of warranty, we accept reasonable returns within 30 days of delivery, the item must be in its original packaging and all original items intact. (We strongly recommend that you keep the packaging for at least 30 days after purchase).
Accessories or other items received as part of a promotional offer or gift must be returned with the original product for a refund or exchange. Earway will not accept returned products that have been altered, scratched or marked.
Customers will be charged shipping costs for returns. There is no restocking fee for returns (subject to availability).
To return an item purchased from Earway:
a) Shipping charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer;
b) Items lost in transit will not be reimbursed.
c) Refunds for returned merchandise will be processed within two weeks of receipt of the return package. (Refund amount is limited to the value of the merchandise only.)
Cancellation
To cancel an unprocessed order
Please send our customer service your order number and the reason for the email.
a) Customer-caused delivery failure: a refund will be issued minus 50% of the shipping and restocking costs (subject to availability);
b) Failure for unknown reasons: we will reship your order or refund you.
Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds will be issued within two weeks of confirmation. For further steps and information please send a message to our customer service department via e-mail.
Warm Tips:
a) Additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded;
b) Shipping costs will not be refunded;
c) If you have not received a refund after processing, please check your bank account again first. (Please contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.)
Liability
Full refunds or replacements will be issued when the charges are caused by Earway. However, when a shipment fails due to you, the loss and responsibility shall be yours:
a) Inaccurate or incorrect shipping information provided;
b) Failure to dispatch due to the recipient not being at home;
c) Refusal to pay taxes imposed by the customs of the destination country in accordance with local laws, resulting in the destruction or loss of the parcel.
Warm tips for unsuccessful delivery due to the above reasons:
a) After receiving the returned parcel, resend or refund will be processed;
b) Shipping costs for both the original item and the new parcel will be borne by you.
